The subject was gone when officers arrived.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/18\/2019\u00a0 Request for Officer <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0 Headquarters was notified of possible CDS at Annapolis Hall.\u00a0 Officers responded and determined the report was unfounded.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/18\/2019\u00a0 Skateboard Complaint \u2013 <\/strong>While on patrol in the Stadium a male was observed riding from the area of the P.E. Lot and into the Stadium Lot.\u00a0 Contact was made with the subject and he was advised that riding skateboards on the campus of FSU and in the City was prohibited.\u00a0 Judicial Board referral submitted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/20\/2019\u00a0 Breaking and Entering<\/strong>\u2013 Officers responded to Cumberland Hall for an anonymous complaint of boyfriend in a room not leaving as requested.\u00a0As a result of the investigation one criminal citation was issued and the subject was transported off campus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/20\/2019\u00a0 Assist Other Agency \u2013 <\/strong>Officers respond to the area of Center and East College for a traffic Accident that FPD was investing. Traffic control was conducted due to the East College Avenue intersection being blocked by the accident.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/20\/2019\u00a0 CDS \u2013 <\/strong>Headquarters received a call from an RA to advise 1<sup>st<\/sup> floor at Diehl Hall had an odor of CDS.\u00a0 Upon arrival the odor was present however Officers were unable to detect the source.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/21\/2019\u00a0 Assist Other Agency (FPD) &#8211; <\/strong>Assisted FPD with a large party at Bobcat Court. Upon arrival the large party was dispersing.\u00a0 Police stayed in the area for several minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/21\/2019\u00a0 Assist Other Agency (FPD) <\/strong>Assisted with an assault on Bowery Street. One female was treated on scene by EMS. One male subject who was refusing to cooperate, the subject was detained in FPD\u2019s patrol car and was later taken to FPD.\u00a0 J-Board was sent<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/22\/2019\u00a0 Assist Other Agency (FPD) \u2013 <\/strong>Officers responded to Bobcat Court to assist in breaking up a large party after Frostburg City PD received a noise complaint.\u00a0 Upon arrival of the officers an unknown subject(s) began throwing fist size rocks in the direction of the responding officers striking the police cars.\u00a0 Frostburg City Police deployed a pepper spray fogger over the crowd in an effort to prevent further disorder and potential injury to members of the crowd and\/or responding officers.\u00a0 Emergency Medical Services were requested and responded to decontaminate any individuals affected by the spray.\u00a0 Investigation into the incident is continuing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/22\/2019 DOP Misdemeanor \u2013 <\/strong>While assisting FPD breakup a large party a police vehicle was damaged due to student\u2019s throwing rocks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/23\/2019\u00a0 Damage to Property <\/strong>\u2013 A student reported a dent made on her vehicle while parked in the Center Street Lot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/24\/2019\u00a0 Damage to Property &#8211; <\/strong>A RO Unit Reservoir (a component of a filtration system in the biology lab) which is connected to a sterilizer failed and as a result was launched into the ceiling in Compton Hall. This was the result of a component failure and no criminal conduct is suspected.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>09\/24\/2019\u00a0 Hit and Run \u2013 <\/strong>A Potomac Edison Claims Manager contacted Headquarters to advise a tractor and trailer struck a pole on FSU property (7 American)\u00a0 Ocularis camera system was reviewed and on 9\/16\/2019 a truck is shown striking a telephone pole.\u00a0 Due to Low lighting at the time of the incident, it is hard to tell the name of the company on the side of the trailer.\u00a0 Footage has been preserved.
