A State Motor Vehicle Accident Investigation Guide Form was completed. No injuries reported.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11\/10\/2020 Assist Other Agency (FPD<\/strong>) \u2013 After FSU Headquarters received a forwarded email, Officers responded to a possible house party on Center Street in which subjects were violating COVID-19 protocols. Approximately 12-15 persons were in the back yard of the residence. The lease holders advised the party would disperse. Both FSU students were advised they would be referred to the student conduct system. Judicial board referral submitted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11\/10\/2020 Bicycle Complaint<\/strong> \u2013 Housekeeping reported six juveniles riding bicycles in the Stangle Lot. Information was obtained from the individuals who were then released. The Ocularis camera system was reviewed and the individuals were not observed riding in a manner that was destroying property. Non-FSU Students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11\/10\/2020 Disturbance<\/strong> \u2013 Surveillance camera showed two subjects in an altercation in the Gunter lot. Contact was made with the subjects who advised the altercation was not physical in nature. They advised officers they were having a relationship argument and that a necklace was broken earlier but that incident occurred off campus. Both were advised not to cause any further issues and were advised of District Court regarding the broken necklace. Non-FSU Students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11\/12\/2020 Request for Office<\/strong>r \u2013 Officers responded to the area of Frost Hall for a disturbance. A female subject screaming and making remarks regarding harming another individual. Contact was made. Female subject was uncooperative and had to be advised to quiet down and stop causing a disturbance. Non-FSU Student.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11\/15\/2020 CDS<\/strong> \u2013 Officers responded to Westminster Hall for the report of an odor of marijuana. Contact was made with a resident on the 4th floor who advised he was having a party. A large quantity of alcoholic beverages where in plain sight as well as several forms of CDS paraphernalia. The alcoholic beverages were emptied and the CDS\/CDS paraphernalia was confiscated and taken back to FSUPD HQ. Judicial Board referral was submitted<\/p>\n<p><strong>11\/16\/2020 Request for Officer<\/strong> \u2013 A female called UPD from her vehicle on Main Street advising a truck, with a TRUMP flag in the bed, was following her and she was heading to UPD for assistance. The female driver advised she was taking a video at Sheetz with her friend and the red truck happened to be in the shot but was unrelated to the taping. The subject drove into College Avenue Lot where an Officer stopped the Truck to speak with the driver. The driver advised he followed the subject in an attempt to talk to the female about taking pictures of his vehicle. He did not want to be a target of vandalism or assault due to his political views.
