FSU student called to advise that his room was entered, and items were taken without permission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>03\/26\/2021 Tampering W\/M\/V<\/strong> \u2013 Officers were advised to meet with a complainant at headquarters. Complainant believed someone had attempted to access her vehicle while it was parked beside Diehl Hall in the Center Street Lot. Officers reviewed the camera footage and located the complainant\u2019s vehicle. The alarm was going off multiple times, but no one was around the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>03\/27\/2021 Narcotics Complaint<\/strong> \u2013 Officers responded to a call for an odor of CDS at Westminster Hall. Officer responded and was unable to locate the source.<\/p>\n<p><strong>03\/27\/2021 Request For Officer<\/strong> \u2013 Officers responded to a report of an odor of marijuana on the fifth floor of Westminster Hall. Officer conducted a foot patrol of the fifth floor but did not locate the source of the odor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>03\/28\/2021 Noise Complaint<\/strong> \u2013 An anonymous caller reported a noise complaint in Cumberland Hall. Officer responded and made contact with the resident in question and advised her of the complaint, she advised that she and her friends would quiet down.<\/p>\n<p><strong>03\/28\/2021 Hit & Run<\/strong> \u2013 FSU student stopped in UPD to file a report of damage to his vehicle that he believes happened in Brownsville Hall Lot. Occularis cameras were checked, and it was observed that a dark ford explorer can be seen scraping the complaints vehicle. Driver admits to hitting the complaints vehicle. Driver was charged and Information Exchange was completed with all parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>03\/28\/2021 Request For Officer<\/strong> \u2013 Officers responded toa report an odor of marijuana coming from a quad at Westminster Hall. Officer responded and was unable to detect an odor of marijuana. While in the quad an odor of something burnt was emitting from within one of the rooms. Contact was made with the resident and advised him that the smell of something burnt was coming from his room. He denied smoking marijuana, but he had burning a candle, and had recently extinguished it. Resident was advised that it was against FSU policy to have open flames within the residence halls.
