Two vehicles were backing up near the loading dock area when they struck each other. A Frostburg State University Police motor vehicle collision information exchange form was completed and given to both parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>04\/02\/2021 Assist Other Agency<\/strong> \u2013 Detained 1 male, non-FSU student, subject for FPD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>04\/04\/2021 Request for Officer<\/strong> \u2013 Officers responded to Lane Center for an odor of natural gas. Upon arrival officers found the odor was coming from a skunk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>04\/05\/2021 Assist Other Agency (FPD)<\/strong> \u2013 Assisted FPD on Welsh Hill with a male possibly attempting to retrieve items from a residence. Upon arrival negative contact was made with any individual. After a check of the area no one was located on the property.<\/p>\n<p><strong>04\/05\/2021 Damage to Property<\/strong> \u2013 While on patrol, officers observed damage to a pane of glass at the Brady Health. The damage appeared to be consistent with the glass being struck by a small object. It is unknown when this damage occurred. A work order was submitted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>04\/05\/2021 TIPS<\/strong> &#8211; An anonymous female contacted the TIPS line with concerns that the COVID-19 Social Compact Protocols were not being followed in the theatre department. Negative contact with any individuals due to the late hour of the complaint.
