time around bonfires, and prepare yourself for the return of your favorite TV shows.\u00a0 The week of September 21<sup>st<\/sup> calls for the season premieres of various series and maybe even a chunk of time to binge-watch your faves.<\/p>\n<p>The ground-breaking and life-changing invention, otherwise known as Netflix, has quite possibly lowered the amount of time the average American spends watching an actual television show.\u00a0 Fortunately for avid Netflix users, many popular shows can be found within just a few clicks.\u00a0 Instant, on-demand Internet streams like Netflix have given individuals the opportunity to binge-watch whatever they please \u2013 though many studies show the negative effects excessive watching has on a viewer\u2019s health, and not to be overlooked, the normal social life.<\/p>\n<p>Believe it or not, there are still humans out there who enjoy watching their favorite show weekly \u2013 not one season immediately after the other.\u00a0 They appreciate the anticipation of waiting until the following week and spend the extra time to analyze what just happened on screen.<\/p>\n<p>The third week of September hosts the premieres of many popular series.\u00a0 These include <em>The Big Bang Theory<\/em> Season 9 on Sept. 21<sup>st<\/sup>, <em>NCIS<\/em> Season 13 on Sept. 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, <em>Empire<\/em> Season 2 on Sept. 23<sup>rd<\/sup>, <em>Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em> Season 12 on Sept. 24<sup>th<\/sup>, and <em>The Amazing Race<\/em> Season 27 on Sept. 25<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 Of these shows, <em>NCIS<\/em> and <em>Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em> are available on Netflix.\u00a0 <em>The Big Bang Theory<\/em> and <em>The Amazing Race<\/em> are available via <a href=\"http:\/\/dvd.netflix.com\">Netflix DVD<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In other TV news, the award-winning, well-known, beloved series <em>Friends<\/em> celebrated its 21<sup>st<\/sup> anniversary on September 22<sup>nd<\/sup>.\u00a0 All seasons of <em>Friends<\/em> were released to Netflix users on New Year\u2019s Day 2015.\u00a0 The heart-warming, popular cast can also be viewed almost daily on Nick @ Nite and TBS stations.<\/p>\n<p>Another Netflix favorite and heart-warming series from the past, <em>One Tree Hill<\/em> celebrated an anniversary on September 23<sup>rd<\/sup>.\u00a0 It\u2019s been 12 years since Chad Michael Murray and cast first hit the screen.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re a TV junkie, take advantage of free time to catch up with your favorite characters and enjoy weekly TV shows.\u00a0 Live up to that
