What are you most excited for while being able to compete in your first collegiate game- I am most excited for the competitiveness and new speed of play of the game. It is exciting to be a part of a team and now get to play other schools.”

What are some challenges you had to face while not competing- Some challenges I faced while not competing was putting in work alone on my days off. I had to learn to not slack off and always be ready for the opportunity to play in a game.”

Advice to teammates-My advice to teammates would be to never get down on your team. You should always support each other and fill in each other’s weaknesses with your strengths. Doing this will make the team stronger.”

What are you most excited for while being able to compete again- I’m most excited about being able to now have games and having a crowd even if it’s limited. Also, spending the time with the new players on the team during away games that we haven’t experienced together yet.”

What are some challenges you had to face while not competing- Some challenges I faced while not competing was not having that competitive feeling week in and week out. Also, staying focused on why you’re having practice with no games. It was challenging being able to stay focused even though you’re practicing for a game that could be 6 months away.”

Advice to teammates- My advice to teammates would be to just enjoy playing, and [to] play your role on the team no matter what that role is.”
