Crime Lines 04/25/2023 – 05/01/2023 

04/25/2023  Assist Other Agency (C3I) – Officers were requested to assist investigators with the search of an FSU student’s vehicle.  A consent search of the vehicle revealed no explosives or other items of evidentiary value.  

04/25/2023  Administrative Paper Serv – Officers responded to the Allegany County Detention Center to serve an FSU student a copy of his interim suspension letter and a no trespassing order from Frostburg State University.  

04/29/2023  Assist Other Agency (FPD) – FSUPD officer was flagged down by three individuals, one was an FSU student, at the intersection of E. College Avenue and Center Street.  The subjects advised they were at a house party at a location on Center Street and were assaulted when leaving the residence.  It was obvious that all three individuals were intoxicated and had a difficult time explaining what occurred while at the residence.  FPD spoke with three individuals regarding a house party on Center Street.  One advised he was slapped however the subjects did not want to pursue any criminal investigation, in reference to an assault.  The subjects did file a noise complaint on the house.  FSUPD performed a knock and talk at the Center Street address.  

04/29/2023  Assist Other Agency (FPD) - FSUPD units responded to Bowery Street for a disturbance.  Contact was made with the male involved who was outside on the phone.  FPD arrived on scene and completed the investigation.  FSUPD stood by.  

04/30/2023  Assist Other Agency (FPD) – FSUPD assisted the FPD with traffic control in the area of Center Street and Wood Street while FPD officers investigated a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles.  

04/30/2023  Assist Other Agency (FPD) - Officers responded to the area of Bowery Street to assist FPD with a reported disturbance.  Officers were unable to locate any kind of disturbance in the area. 

04/30/2023  Assist Other Agency (FPD) - Officers responded to another area of Bowery Street for a noise complaint.  Officers were unable to locate any disturbance at the reported address.  As officers walked further south on Bowery Street, they detected loud music and talking coming from another Bowery Street address.  Contact was made with the resident and FPD requested to turn the music off and end the party.  FSUPD stood by while individuals cleared the residence. 

04/30/2023  Breaking and Enter - FSUPD and FPD responded to Brownsville for a reported female stumbling throughout the building, no pants, no shoes and possibly injured.  The subject was located going into a room on the second floor of Brownsville through the RA and their cameras.   After contacting the female in the shower, she was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and the investigation was continuing of breaking and entering.  Contact was eventually made with the resident of the room who advised he did not know the subject in his room.  The female was issued a No Trespassing notice.  All actions confirmed on the Ocularis Camera System. 

05/01/2023  Fraud – Identity - Officers responded to Brady Health to make contact with an FSU student who was a victim of fraud.  No money was withdrawn or transferred out of the victim’s account. The victim requested a hold on her savings and checking accounts as well as her credit card account.  The FSU student was provided with a Maryland Uniform Identity Fraud/Theft Reporting Form and a copy of the report for her records.  The student requested this Incident Report for documentation and reporting purposes only at this time.   

05/01/2023 Assists and Other Agency (ACSO) – Assisted ACSO in serving a summons at Cumberland Hall.   

Summary period includes 112 calls for service and 2 traffic stops
