Crime Line 11/27 – 12/3

 11/27/2019  Harassment An instructor contacted Headquarters regarding an inappropriate e-mail she had received from a student.  As a result a judicial referral was made.

 

12/01/2019  Assist Other Agency  (FPD) Assisted FPD on Hill Street with a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers learned that all involved parties left the area prior to the arrival of police. 

 

12/01/2019  Request for Officer –  Officers responded to Headquarters to speak with a complainant who was having problems with an ex-boyfriend.  As a result a Judicial Board Referral was sent.

 

12/02/2019  Animal Complaint Officer responded to Guild Center for a report of a bat hanging in the hallway.  Facilities was contacted for removal.

12/02/2019  Breaking and Enter – Officers responded to Headquarters in reference to a potential burglary of the Dorm Construction Site.  Upon arrival Officers spoke with the Project Manager who advised that a lock on Gate #1 (Sand Spring Lot) had been cut off.   Investigation continuing.

 

12/03/2019  CDS –  Officers responded to Annapolis Hall for a CDS complaint of an odor of marijuana.  As a result of the investigation a  J-Board referral was submitted.

 

12/03/2019  Request for Officer – A female came into headquarters to speak with an Officer regarding purchasing an item from a friend in Texas who has now blocked her after receiving money from her.  The subject was advised of her District Court Rights as this would be a civil matter between two parties.  

 

12/03/2019  Fraud – Officer made contact with a complainant who had called FSUPD to report a possible fraud incident.  The subject advised that she was advised by her bank that there was a potentially fraudulent charge that had appeared on her account.   She was able to get her money returned to her thus she was not out any money. The Officer spoke with the female about scams that have been going around in recent years, of which this incident seemed to be one of them. 

 

Summary period includes 138 calls for service and 1 traffic stop.
