Crime Line 1/28/2020 – 2/3/2020

1/28/2020 Warrant Service FSUPD  Warrant were served on two students Co-defendants in an assault case.

01/29/2020  CDS While conducting a foot patrol in Diehl Hall, an odor of marijuana was detected coming from a room on the 2nd floor.  As a result of the investigation a judicial board referral was submitted

01/29/2020  CDS – Officers responded to Diehl Hall for a reported odor of CDS.  As a result of the investigation two students were judicially referred.

01/30/2020 CDS – Officers responded to Annapolis Hall for an odor of CDS near the lounge.  After a walk though of the area the source of the odor could not be located.

01/30/2020 CDS – After headquarters received an anonymous regarding a CDS odor in Frost Hall, Officers responded but were unable to locate the source.

01/31/2020 Noise Complaint – Officers responded to Westminster for a noise complaint.  Upon arrival the sound of music could be heard.  Resident of the room were contacted and asked to keep music down. 

01/31/2020 CDS – Officers were dispatched to Annapolis Hall for a report of an odor of possible marijuana.  As a result of the incident students were referred to the judicial board.

 02/01/2020 – While performing a walkthrough of Diehl Hall a strong odor of marijuana was detected.  As a result a judicial referral was submitted.

02/01/2020 Request for Officer  Officers responded to Westminster Hall to speak with a subject who had used an Uber and left her IPhone in the vehicle.  Information on how to contact the Uber for assistance was provided to the complainant.

02/02/2020 CDS  – Officers responded to Gray Hall for the odor of marijuana.  Officers were unable to locate the source. 

02/02/2020 – Request for Officer – Officers responded to University Drive near the practice fields to assist  a driver who had spun around onto the rocks.  Subject advised she was fine just shook up.  No damage was visible.  The subject was backed off the rocks and onto University Drive.  

02/02/2020 – Request for Officer – Officers were dispatched to the first-floor lounge of Frederick Hall for a report of a possible odor of marijuana.   Upon arrival, a faint odor of cigarette smoke was present.  No odor of marijuana was present. 

02/02/2020 – Assist Other Agency (FPD) Assisted in holding a prisoner for FPD. 

02/02/2020 – Assist Other Agency (FPD) Officers dispatched to Warns Lane to assist FPD.  Officers stood by while FPD and Lonaconing PD investigated an incident of reckless driving.    

02/03/2020 Harassment   Officers received a walk-in complaint in reference to harassment.  A female student advised she was being harassed by other females through texts.  She was provided a Victims pamphlet and a case number. The process of filing for a peace order and filing for criminal charges were explained to her.  A Judicial Board referral was submitted

02/03/2020 CDS While conducting a foot patrol of Diehl Hall an odor of marijuana was detected.  As a result of the investigation a judicial referral was made.
