09/08/2020 Request for Officer – Officers responded to Sowers Hall for a possible odor of CDS. After a walkthrough was conducted of the 2nd floor, no odor was detected.
09/09/2020 DOP – Misdemeanor – Officers responded to Edgewood Commons parking lot to meet with the complainant regarding her vehicle that had been tampered with. Investigation revealed a tire had been intentionally slashed, 3 female suspects, all FSU students were identified. As a result of the investigation the suspects were charged with destruction of property and referred to the judicial board.
09/09/2020 Noise Complaint – Officers responded to Cumberland Hall for a noise complaint. Subject advised his neighbor was playing the TV to loud. Officers responded and resolved the issue.
09/09/2020 Request for Officer – Officers responded to Cumberland Hall for a report of missing clothing from the laundry room. After speaking with the subject, it was determined the items that were taken amounted approximately to $60. The subject advised if the items were found, he did not want to pursue any charges.
09/10/2020 Suspicious – Housekeeping reported a subject looking into windows and a door at the NRH. Officers responded and made contact with a construction worker with an electric company working on the alarm system.
09/11/2020 CDS – Officers responded to Sowers Hall for an odor of CDS on the second floor. As a result of the investigation a citation was issued for possession of marihuana less than 10grams and the student was referred to the judicial board.
09/11/2020 Alcohol Violation – Officers responded to Frederick Hall for a party in progress. As a result of the investigation a was citation and the student was referred to the judicial board.
09/11/2020 Alcohol Violation – Officers responded to Frederick Hall for an underage alcohol complaint. Two students received citations for possessing alcoholic beverages by persons under 21, they were also referred to the judicial board.
09/12/2020 CDS – Officers responded to Frederick Hall for an odor of CDS. As a result of the investigation a student was referred to the judicial board.
09/12/2020 Traffic Arrest – As a result of a traffic stop on University Drive, two citations were issued, and two warnings were issued, and he was referred to the judicial board related to driving without a license.
09/14/2020 Traffic Stop – A traffic stop was initiated on University Drive for an inoperable headlight. A written warning was issued for the equipment violation.
Summary period includes 133 calls for service and 5 Traffic Stops.
