Meet the Members of the 2020-21 President’s Leadership Circle
The President’s Leadership Circle (PLC), a student leadership group, is centered around emerging leader development on campus. Membership is geared toward upperclassmen. The group participates in a series of monthly “fireside chats” with President Nowaczyk to further develop their leadership skills, as well as discuss campus-related topics and current events. Students also have the opportunity to shadow the President throughout their time in the group. Often, special guests join the group from the Frostburg community. Until 2016, students in PLC were given the opportunity to attend international service trips as well. PLC members traveled to Uganda for their trip with the group in April of 2016. The group’s final trip, to the same location, was in 2018.

Correction: The last international service trip was correctly to Uganda, but it was in March 2018, not April 2016.
