4 NFC teams that could contend for the Super Bowl
Last week I covered four AFC conference teams that I believed were constructed to make a super bowl appearance this year. This week I will show four NFC teams that I believe could possibly contend for a super bowl championship in the NFL.
The first team that I believe are constructed to compete for the chip, would be the San Francisco 49ers. The reigning NFC champs are returning much of the same roster with their key star players returning. They dominated the regular season last year and were a half a way from becoming super bowl champs if it was not for Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. They should return with a vengeance, look out for them to make a statement this year.
The second team I believe is constructed to compete for the chip would be the New Orleans Saints. The saints have maintained the same elite roster for the last three years, but each year seem to come up short when it comes to making the super bowl. With the chance that Drew Brees might be entering his last year in the league, the Saints are in win now mode and have added veterans that will help accomplish that.
The third team I believe are built to compete in the super bowl would be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers have had a long playoff drought as of recent, but with the recent off season that they had acquiring talent, Bruce Arians hopes to wield this team towards the super bowl. With the addition of Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Leonard Fournette, and a rookie offensive lineman to an already explosive offense, and a good defense, the Buccaneers look to make a run for the title.
The Fourth team I believe is built to compete for the super bowl would be the Green Bay Packers. Last season the packers made it all the way to the conference championship game but lost to the now reigning NFC champs. Returning is most of last years roster and a motivated Aaron Rodgers. With this team in win now mode, I think they have a chance to fix there mistakes from last year and contend for a title.
