Head coach DeLane Fitzgerald was recently named NJAC Coach of the Year. In addition of these honors, Frostburg had several players named to the 2018 NJAC Football All-Conference Team.
First-team offense has four Frostburg players on it: senior quarterback Connor Cox, junior wide receiver Malik Morris, and senior offensive lineman Riley Hartman and Joey Powell. First-team defense has two Frostburg players: sophomore Zach Strand and senior Anthony Taylor. In addition to these players being named to the first team, six Bobcats were picked for the second team. These players consist of senior tailback Jamaal Morant, senior offensive lineman O’Shane McCall, senior running back/tight end Grayson Boyce, senior linebacker Dre’Quan Reed, junior safety Vincent Persichetti, and sophomore wide receiver Terrell Brown. Senior tight end Noah Teeter and junior defensive lineman Walter Riley both receive NJAC Honorable Mention for their efforts displayed during the season as well.
